Your principal tasks
- Ensure profitable order intake according to budget and achievement of sales budget
- Realize a consistency of market plans through stable forecast reporting
- Build and lead a sales team; lead & develop the competence of the dealers, including management and motivation
- Achieve market volume and market share increase, also through early anticipation of market opportunities
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies (including market opportunity and competitor analysis, budgets, forecasts, etc.)
- Build and maintain key customer relationships
- Prepare and execute customer events
- Represent the company at internal and external events such as fairs and exhibitions, customer events, workshops, etc.
