Your principal tasks

  • Provide technical support and advisory services to our business users in various departments with a focus on SAP FI, CO, MM, WM, PP, PS and OM (Finance, Controlling, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Project Management, Organization Management)
  • Integration of other software and systems into the SAP environment, e.g. CRM, PLM
  • Managing the change management process and performing functional, acceptance and integration tests within the SAP environment – working with users as appropriate
  • Coordination of external consultants with IT and internal departments
    Project support and implementation of subprojects (SAP optimization projects, release and/or version change)
  • Creating and implementing a Key User Program and supporting key users
  • Performing general administrative tasks, e.g. ticket management, user account management, SAP authorizations and master data management
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing business processes
  • Conducting training courses and creating training materials

Your qualifications & experience

  • Several years of experience in the support of SAP R/3 and/or S/4 Hana in a comparable function and industry
  • Experience with other business systems (desirable), e.g. Sales Force (CRM) and Windchill (PLM)
    Good general understanding of business administration
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Very good English skills, spoken and written (at least level B2)
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, as well as knowledge of the user-specific settings in the SAP solution (desirable)
  • Initiative, independence, analytical thinking, quick comprehension, as well as independent learner able to acquire new knowledge
  • Strong customer-orientation and desire to support the business
